## Discrepancy

SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE, TURNED ON THE BLOWER. AFTER A FEW MINUTES CREW REPORTED A BURNING RUBBER SMELL. I TURNED OFF THE BLOWER AND THE SMELL DISSIPATED. I TURNED ON THE AIR CONDITIONER TO SEE IF IT CAME BACK AND WE EXPERIENCED THE SAME SMELL. AFT BLOWER MOTOR WAS REPLACED AS REQUIRED FOR RTS.
