## Discrepancy

MCCAULEY PROP GOVERNOR SENT IN FOR DIAGNOSING AN INFLIGHT PROBLEM. AS RECEIVED THE GOVERNOR WOULDN'T TURN. REMOVED THE BASE AND FOUND THE IDLER GEAR BEARING HAD COME APART AND FOUND METAL CONTAMINATION FOUND IN PUMP AREA. ADVISED CUSTOMER TO CHECK FILTER AND GET AN OIL ANALYSES DONE ASAP. HE ORDERED A REPLACEMENT GOVERNOR.
