## Discrepancy

ESN 42642 WAS INDUCTED FOR ITS FIRST SHOP VISIT (FIRST REFURBISHMENT). FOLLOWING REMOVAL OF THE HP SYSTEM MODULE AND DURING THE INITIAL INTERFACE INSPECTION OF THE MODULE 33 REAR FACE, A FOREIGN OBJECT WAS IDENTIFIED AT THE LP/IP OIL DISTRIBUTOR AREA. BASED ON THE INITIAL ASSESSMENT, THE OBJECT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AN ENGINE COMPONENT AND IS SUSPECTED TO BE A BROKEN FRAGMENT OF A MECHANICAL GRIPPING TOOL; HOWEVER, ITS EXACT SOURCE AND ORIGIN HAVE NOT YET BEEN DETERMINED. PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPHS BELOW
