## Discrepancy

THIS IS A BRAND-NEW UNIT, DOM 8/2023, IN FOR ITS FIRST 3YEAR OVERHAUL CYCLE. WHEN OPENING THE UNIT TO PERFORM TESTING, OUR TECHNICIANS FOUND THAT THE ASPIRATORS WERE BOUND WITH ORANGE TAPE. THIS CONDITION PRESENTS A SERIOUS SAFETY HAZARD, AS IT COULD HAVE CAUSED THE RAFT TO EXPLODE DURING DEPLOYMENT.
