## Discrepancy

SIA HAS REPORTED ANOTHER RECENT CASE ON FIRST OFFICER SEAT PN: 3A380-0008-01-7 INSTALLED ON 9V-SCU, SN: 101903.  DEFECT DESCRIPTION: FIRST OFFICER SEAT - FWD POWER ADJUSTMENT UNABLE TO CUTOFF WHEN BUTTON IS RELEASED.  THE AFFECTED SEAT ASSY HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND SWITCH ASSY WILL BE REMOVED AND HANDED OVER TO IPECO FOR INVESTIGATION.  9V-SCF, CAPT SEAT P/N: 3A380-0007-01-7 (SN: 89812) WAS REPORTED THAT THE CREW SEAT POWER ADJUSTMENT BUTTON MAY OCCASIONALLY STUCK IN FORWARD MOTION WHEN MOVING THE SEAT ELECTRICALLY FORWARD CAUSING SEAT TO CONTINUE MOVING FORWARD.
