## Discrepancy

MTU HAS IMPLEMENTED ALL MTU INTERNAL CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTIONS AS DESCRIBED IN THE PREVIOUS REPORT.  THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE ISSUE AND IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO INSPECT IGVS FOR CORRECT INSTALLATION. INSPECTION HAS BEEN PERFORMED WITHOUT FINDINGS.
