## Discrepancy

THE MENTIONED PART WAS SEND AS PIECE PART FROM THE CUSTOMER (DELTA) TO MTU BB FOR OVERHAUL. DURING THE INCOMING INSPECTION OF THE COMPONENT AN UNUSUAL FINDING WAS DETECTED IN THE AREA OF  THE FIR-TREE PRESSURE FACE,- DEPOSITED MATERIAL/METAL EXHIBITING A MELTED OR FUSED APPEARANCE. THEREFOR THE PART IS UNSERVICEABLE & UNREPAIRABLE AND WAS PUT ONHOLD.
