## Discrepancy

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL290, ONE HOUR AFTER TAKEOFF, RIGHT ENGINE TORQUE QUICKLY FELL TO ZERO AND REMAINED, NO OSCILLATIONS. SIMULTANEOUSLY, RIGHT ENGINE EGT INCREASED TO BEYOND RED LINE AND REMAINED, NO OSCILLATIONS. AIRCRAFT YAWED AND BEGAN TO LOSE ALTITUDE. PILOT SHUT DOWN AND SECURED THE RIGHT ENGINE AND DIVERTED TO NEAREST SUITABLE DESTINATION AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
