## Discrepancy

OXY BOTTLE WAS INSTALLED IN THE AFT CARGO (T/C. R0731) ON 9TH JULY 26 AT FULL CHARGE, IT WAS NOTICED ON 23RD SEPT 26 TO BE DOWN TO 150PSI, AND CONFIRMED THE BOTTLE WAS TURNED OFF. REF NRC N2432. S/N'S. ALT282-48120 AND ALT282-47105 (T/C. R0734) WERE PACKAGED IN TOGETHER AND DELIVERED TO THE SHOP FLOOR ON 24TH SEPT 26, ON INSPECTION ALT282-47105 WAS AT 150PSI, ALT282-48120 WAS READING ZERO (REF. SMS13780) OUR UNDERSTANDING IS THESE BOTTLES SHOULD ARRIVE AT 1800PSI, AND SUSPECT A POSSIBLE LEAK.
