## Discrepancy

EEC COOLING DUCT NOT CONNECTED.  DURING INSPECTION OF ENG NR 2 LP COMPRESSOR CASE (FAN CASE) FOUND EEC COOLING INLET DUCT NOT CONNECTED TO INLET COWL AND SUPPORT CLAMP DAMAGED. ACCORDING AMM AND IPC FIGURES THE INLET PIPE SHOULD BE ATTACHED WITH 4EA BOLTS TO THE AFT FACE OF THE INLET COWL. DURING INSPECTION OF THE SURROUNDING AERA NO BOLTS OR WASHERS WERE FOUND, WICH INDICATES THAT THESE PARTS WERE NOT INSTALLED IN PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE.
