THE ARCS WERE ISSUED WITH AN "OVERHAULED" STATUS, WHEREAS THE CAPABILITY LIST SPECIFIED "INSPECTION" FOR THIS PART NUMBER. SERIAL NUMBERS WERE NOT PROVIDED IN THE SOURCE RECORDS.
