## Discrepancy

NUMEROUS OCCURRENCES OF FAILED BUCK RIVET INSTALLATION IN CRITICAL STRUCTURAL AREAS DISCOVERED. CRACKED TOPCOAT, MISSING TOPCOAT, AND FRETTING RESIDUE DEPOSITED BY WORKING RIVETS DISCOVERED ALONG LEFT CENTER WING MAIN AND AFT SPAR CAP, LEFT FUSELAGE F.S. 116, LEFT AND RIGHT VERTICAL STAB FILLET ANGLE, AND LEFT AND RIGHT CANTED FRAME SECTIONS 437.234.  17 ADDITIONAL B200GT AIRCRAFT HAVE EXHIBITED INSTALLATION DEFECTS IN SAME AREAS OF LESSER QUANTITY. ATTEMPTED REPAIRS REVEALED TAPERED FASTENER HOLES AND HOLES DRILLED TOO LARGE FOR THE RIVET INSTALLED OR WITH OUT-OF-ROUND (OBLONG) HOLES LEADING TO FASTENER LOOSENING AND DEBONDING.
