## Discrepancy

DURING A DAILY INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT A CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE UPPER LUG OF THE DOOR HINGE. DURING REPLACEMENT OF THE HINGE THE LUG COMPLETELY BROKE IN (2) PEICES.
