APPROXIMATELY 1220 (UTC), FLT 7993 HPN-IAD, AIRCRAFT WAS EN ROUTE TO IAD WHEN THE RT BLEED LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  CREW FOLLOWED QRH, LIGHT REMAINED ON.  CREW DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
