## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED ROUTINE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION,  DISCOVERED FWD PRESSURE BULKHEAD CRACKED APPROXIMATELY 4.5 INCHES AT RIGHT LOWER PANEL AT TOP OF STIFFENER.  STOPPED DRILLED ENDS OF CRACK AT POINT DETERMINED BY EDDY CURRENT AND INSTALLED EXTERNAL DOUBLER REPAIR.
