## Discrepancy

DURING DESCENT, RT ENGINE SURGED AS NOTED BY TORQUE INDICATION FOLLOWED BY ENGINE FAILURE.  PERFORMED INSPECTION OF RT POWERPLANT. REPLACED RT DECU, HMU AND FILTER,  OPS CHECKED GOOD.   FUNCITIONAL CHECK FLIGHT SATISFACTORY.
