## Discrepancy

FLIGHT: 0127 SKB/SJU LANDING GEAR LEVER WILL NOT MOVE TO THE UP POSITION ON FIRST ATTEMPT MUST TRY THREE TIMES BEFORE IT FINALLY MOVES TO THE UP POSITION.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LANDING GEAR LEVER PANEL, OPERATIONAL CKECK SATISFACTORY.
