ON TAKE OFF PUT GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION AND LEFT MAIN GEAR UNLOCK LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON LOWER PANEL. FELT VIBRATION AND LIGHT EXTINGUISHED IN CLIMB. AT CRUISE ANOTHER VIBRATION LIGHT BACK ON.  REMOVED AND REPLACED LEFT MAIN GEAR UPLOCK BOX.
