FLIGHT: 4039 TPA/EYW PILOT REPORTED PLEASE INSPECT AIRCRAFT FOR A BURNT SMELL.  RETURNED TO TPA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  INSPECT AIRCRAFT FOUND BURNT SMELL COMING FROM NR 2 HOT JUG.  AIRCRAFT RELEASED IAW NEF G1.
