## Discrepancy

FLIGHT:4063 CLE/CLE LANDING GEAR WILL NOT RETRACT CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED.  TROUBLESHOT SYSTEM EXTENSIVELY INSPECTED WIRING TO POWER PACK, GEAR ACTUATORS AND LANDING GEAR HANDLE ALL CHECKED NORMAL.  CYCLED LANDING GEAR SEVERAL TIMES NO DEFECTS NOTED.
