DURING SCHEDULED ROUTINE INSPECTION, DISCOVERED RT WING TOP TRAILING EDGE UPPER SKIN NEAR OUTBOARD FLAP BRACKET HAS TWO AREAS OF MILD SURFACE CORROSION.  REMOVED DAMAGED AREA OF SKIN AND INSTALLED REPAIR FILLER AND AN EXTERNAL DOUBLER RAPAIR.
