FLIGHT CONTROLS STICKING.  FOUND FLIGHT CONTROL COLUMN CATCHING ON WIRE BUNDLE, REPAIRED DAMAGED EFIS WIRING AND RESECURED WIRING, OPERATED CONTROL WHEEL AND CONTROL COLUMN ENSURED NO INTERFERENCE WITH INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRING.
