FLIGHT: 4082 PKB/CLE GEAR UNSAFE LIGHTS REMAINS ILLUMINATED WHEN LANDING GEAR IS RETRACTED, GEAR EXTENDED WITH NORMAL INDICATIONS THREE GREEN NOTED.  REPLACED LEFT UPLOCK SWITCH, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.
