FLIGHT: 4016 FPO/FLL NOSE GEAR INDICATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE MANUALLY PUMPED GEAR AND LANDED, INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON TAXI INTO GATE.  REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
