## Discrepancy

CHAFING DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED ON THE TRANSMISSION DECK.  THE DAMAGE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 0.3” LONG, 0.1 WIDE WITH A MAXIMUM DEPTH OF 0.010".
