144 MONTH INSPECTION IAW AMM 05-24-00.  A HARDNESS TEST WAS PERFORMED; THE COLLECTIVE FLIGHT CONTROL FAILED THE HARDNESS TEST AND THE COLLECTIVE FLIGHT CONTROL IS DEEMED AS "NOT AIRWORTHY".
