## Discrepancy

CHAFING DAMAGE WAS DISCOVERED ON THE AFT BOX BEAM UPPER FRAME INNER SKIN AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 1. ONE CHAFE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 0.75” LONG, 0.10” WIDE AND 0.020” DEEP. THE OTHER CHAFE MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1.30” LONG, 0.10” WIDE AND 0.010” DEEP. THE DAMAGE WAS REPAIRED VIA REPAIR DOUBLER TO REINFORCE THE DAMAGED AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH REPAIR PROCEDURES PROVIDED IN AIR METHODS ENGINEERING AUTHORIZATION 32-5300-EA-5413, INITIAL REVISION DATED 01/12/2026.
