## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED THAT THE AUTOPILOT COMMAND-A WILL NOT ENGAGE UNLESS COMMAND-B IS ENGAGED FIRST.  REPLACED AILERON FORCE LIMITER CLUTCH RELAY DUE TO STICKING.  CHECKS OK PER MM 22-11-13.
