HOT AIR BALLOON ENVELOPE TOP GIRDLE 1INCH WEBBING STRETCHED.  TOP ENVELOPE FABRIC PANELS DO NOT STRETCH, CAUSING SEVERE STITCH-HOLE ELONGATION DAMAGE TO FABRIC ALONG ALL TOP PANEL VERTICAL SEAMS, EXTENDING FROM TOP GIRDLE DOWNWARD 6-12 INCHES.
