## Discrepancy

DURING THE TAKEOFF ROLL, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE RT ENGINE WAS NOT MAKING THE PREDICTED POWER.  THE TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND ACFT WAS TAXIED BACK TO THE RAMP FOR MX.
