DURING ILS APPROACH TO PGUM THE FLIGHT CREW NOTICED SMOKE COMING FROM THE OVERHEAD PANEL.  AN EMER WAS DECLARED & ACFT DIVERTED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
