## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT ON APPROACH AT 5000FT. PF RETARDED THROTTLES TO IDLE TO SLOW DOWN AND RT ENGINE FLAMED OUT. SECURED ENGINE AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. AIRCRAFT LANDED UNEVENTFULLY.  MANUFACTURER DETERMINED THAT THE FCU IS THE CAUSE OF THIS PROBLEM.
