CABIN DOOR SEAL AND CABIN DOOR CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATED AT 2000 FT. LEVELED OFF AT 4000 AND NOTICED CABIN WAS NOT PRESSURIZING. CAS MESSAGES DID NOT ILLUMINATE UNTIL AFTER TAKEOFF.
