## Discrepancy

DURING TAKE-OFF, APPLIED TAKE-OFF POWER, AND THE PRESSURIZATION CLIMB RATE WENT TO -1000 FPM.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT ENG BI LEVEL FLOW VALVE, OPS CHKD GOOD.
