LOSS OF AIRCRAFT PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ELECTRICAL POWER.  LOST ELECTRICAL DISPLAYS.  DIVERTED TO KABQ.  EMERGENCY DECLARED.  LT GENERATOR WAS ON MEL DURING THIS FLIGHT.  AT THIS TIME MAINTENANCE IS WORKING AIRCRAFT.
