## Discrepancy

PRIOR TO DEPARTURE, WHILE TAXING THE ANTI-SKID INOP AND LOW BRAKE PRESSURE LIGHTS ILLUMINATED, THEN A COMPLETE LOSS OF BRAKING WAS EXPERIENCED. EMERGENCY BRAKES WERE USED.
