EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND AFT LEFT BULKHEAD EXIT SIGN ARE INOP WHEN THE MAIN BATTERY IS OFF. CHARGED FOR 1.5 HOURS AND HAD THE SAME RESULT.
