## Discrepancy

SEALANT ON THE SHANK AND CARBON FIBER TRANSISTION AREA IS CRACKED ALLOWING MOISTURE ON THE LIGHTNING BRAID ALLOWING RUST.  RECOMMEND SEALANT BE APPLIED BY LINE TECHS MORE OFTEN TO PREVENT MOISTURE.
