DURING A ROUTINE INSPECTION,  MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED THE PILOT'S RUDDER PEDAL ADJUSTMENT SHAFT SUPPORT CRACKED.  AIRCRAFT WAS TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT PART IS ON ORDER.
