LOST LEFT TURBO AFTER DEPARTURE. NOTIFIED DEPARTURE OF ENGINE PROBLEM, RETURNED TO (SDF) HAD SMOKECOMING OUT OF TURBINE. REMOVED AND REPLACED TURBO CHARGER.
