AIRCRAFT DEPARTED CLT, WHEN PILOT SELECTED GEAR UP NOTHING HAPPENED, PILOT RETURNED TO CLT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND LANDING GEAR MOTOR BAD, REMOVED AND REPLACED MOTOR, OPS CHECKS GOOD.
