## Discrepancy

DURING INSTALLATION OF SB AS350-28.91.98R0 REPLACEMENT OF THE STANDARD FUEL TANK BY A CRASH-RESISTANT FUEL SYSTEM(CRFS), IT WAS FOUND THAT THE FWD CRADLE P/N: 350A08-1122-03 RECEIVED IN THE KIT P/N: 350R08-1009-0072 WAS MISSING THE REQUIRED NUT PLATE FOR BONDING PER STEP 3.B.2.O. CRFS KIT WAS SUPPLIED BY AIRBUS IN A “NEW” CONDITION WHEN DISCOVERY OF FAULT IN THE FWD CRADLE.  PART NAME: FWD CRADLE, P/N: 350A08-1122-03, PART CONDITION: MISSING REQUIRED PARTS, MFR NAME: AIRBUS, S/N: OF 54646750, PART/DEFECT LOCATION: FUEL TANK.
