## Discrepancy

THE VCCS SYSTEM WAS REPORTED AS BEING INOP.  THE VCCS COMPRESSOR MOTOR WAS FOUND TO BE FAULTY, IT WAS R & R WITH A SERVICEABLE UNIT OF THE SAME P/N IAW CMM 21-00-23, OPS TESTED GOOD.
