## Discrepancy

ON 6 MAY 2026, ESCAPE SLIDE ASSEMBLY P/N 62292-108 WITH S/N C0975 WAS RECEIVED FOR MAINTENANCE FROM AIR FRANCE UNDER CUSTOMER REPAIR ORDER NO. 6D224308HKR.  THE UNIT WAS BOOKED UNDER INTERNAL WORK ORDER WHU2603936. DURING THE INSPECTION AND TESTING PHASE OF THE MAINTENANCE, A SMALL SCREWDRIVER WAS FOUND INSIDE THE SLIDE ENCLOSURE UNDERNEATH THE INFLATABLE SECTION.  A FULL INSPECTION OF THE SLIDE ASSEMBLY WAS CARRIED OUT AND THE FOLLOWING DEFECTS WERE IDENTIFIED.  UNIT RECEIVED WITH COMPLETE MAINTENANCE CARD.  TWO FLAT WASHERS MISSING. NO STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO THE SLIDE ASSEMBLY WAS IDENTIFIED AS A RESULT OF THE FOREIGN OBJECT DEBRIS (FOD) FOUND INSIDE THE UNIT.
