## Discrepancy

DURING SCHEDULED OVERHAUL OF A CREW OXYGEN MASK REGULATOR UNDER WORK ORDER WHU2605833 F IDENTIFIED THAT THE REGULATOR BLOCK LOCK HAD NOT BEEN SOLDERED IAW APPLICABLE COMPONENT MM.  REVIEW OF THE MAINT RECORDS INDICATED THAT THE COMPONENT HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN OVERHAULED BY ANOTHER APPROVED MAINTENANCE ORGANISATION IN SEPTEMBER 2025.  DISCREPANCY WAS DETECTED DURING DISASSEMBLY & DETAILED INSP BEFORE RELEASE TO SERVICE.  HAD CONDITION REMAINED UNDETECTED, THE INTEGRITY OF THE REGULATOR ASSY COULD HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY AFFECTED, POTENTIALLY COMPROMISING CONTINUED SERVICEABILITY. COMPONENT REMAINS UNDER MAINT. DISCREPANCY WILL BE CORRECTED IAW APPROVED MAINT DATA PRIOR TO RELEASE TO SERVICE.  CUSTOMER & PREVIOUS MAINTENANCE ORGANISATION HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED.
