## Discrepancy

FUEL WAS DISCOVERED DRAINING OUT OF THE ENG OVERBOARD DRAIN SYS.  FOUND THE FUEL CONTROL, HYDRO MECHANICAL UNIT, PUMP FILTER INTERNAL PACKING CUT.
