ECU A AND B FAIL DURING INITIAL CLIMB, AND SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF POWER. DURING SUBSEQUENT BORESCOPE INSPECTION FOUND A HOLE IN THE #3 PISTON. PREVIOUS BORESCOPE INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED @ 787.4 ETSN.
