## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKE OFF, DURING CLIMB PASSING THROUGH 4000 AGL, THE RIGHT ENGINE LOST POWER.  PILOT SHUT THE ENGINE DOWN, FEATHERED THE PROP AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE.  OPEN.
