AIRCRAFT FAILS TO MAINTAIN SPEED DURING CRUISE, TURN AUTO THROTTLE OFF, SPEED STABILIZES.  REMOVED AND REPLACED THRUST MANAGEMANT COMPUTER IAW MM22-31-01.  OPS CHECKS NORMAL.
