## Discrepancy

COCKPIT FILLED WITH SMOKE AFTER DEPARTING BWI.  PILOT SHUT OFF CABIN BLOWER FAN.  SMOKE STOPPED.  CABIN CLEARED.  REPLACED CABIN BLOWER FAN WITH SERVICEABLE UNIT.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
